The prices offered through our resort listings average from 20% to 60% LESS than prices you will find through other online services-and we have a much wider variety of properties to choose from!
These resort condominiums are normally only offered to Travel Clubs and Travel Agencies and have NOT been offered to the general public. GSV's executives have provided extremely low wholesale rates for years-only to Travel Professionals-and these travel companies rent the condos to their members at retail, or include them in their pre-purchased club membership plans. it costs an average of $16,000 to purchase a one week timeshare and average annual maintenance fees are over $700 per week. You can immediately reserve the unit for your customer and the whole transaction will take about 15 minutes. You will receive 20% of the profit for that reservation from GSV.
2. You have a second customer that is going to Orlando in two weeks and needs accommodations for a week. You check on the GSV site to find a last-minute special priced at only $599 for the week. You receive another commission on the rental of that week.
3. Your third customer for the day is a corporate client that needs 4 nights for a seminar in Clearwater, Florida for several of his employees. Checking the GSV web site you find 4 condominium weeks for $699 each-just right for your client's group. This would be less than a client would normally pay for a week in a hotel room-the guests can sleep up to 4 in a room at no extra charge-they have a full kitchen AND they are ON THE BEACH-and your guests can stay for three additional days if they like! And as the booking agent, you make a commission of $250!
